Chakor Ventures at Pakistan International Property Exhibition & Convention 2022

One of the most renowned Pakistan property expos, the Pakistan International Property Exhibition and Convention (PIPEC) 2022, was held on the 16^th, 17^th, & 18^th of December 2022.

The event is located in Islamabad at Pak-China friendship Center, garden Avenue.

Just like any other property show, this event is designed to bring in all real estate investors, both local and foreigners, and all the individuals who are willing to invest in Pakistan’s commercial and residential real estate.

This three-day event is organized by the Pakistan Association of Exhibition Industry. Several real estate builders and developers presented their respective commercial and residential projects. This property event pulled various business groups and potential investors, especially from major cities in Pakistan.

Originally scheduled in November, the aim of this property expo is to support Pakistan’s economy by bridging investment opportunities with domestic and international sources.

After receiving tremendous support at the Pakistan Property Show 2022, we, the team Chakor Ventures, showcased our premium commercial business center, Citadel 7, at the 2^nd Pakistan International Property Exhibition & Convention.

We have received greater support and successful business, especially on the 2nd day of the event. The best thing about this property expo is the presence of Mr. Saqib Rafique President of the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Mr. Khurshid Barlas Chairman of Barlas group with their respective delegations at our stall.

Quetta Open House 2022

To expand the corporate circle and the business community outside Islamabad, Chakor Ventures started a series of open houses in the country.

We held our first Open House in Quetta; choosing this city was a strategic decision taken by Chakor Ventures to secure interest from buyers there in Quetta. The event was primarily held to connect to the business people in the city and share the investment opportunities being offered by our latest commercial project, Citadel 7.

The guest of honor of the Open House includes Mr. Ameer-ud-Din Agha, the president of Anjuman Tajiran and the advisor to the CM of Baluchistan, and Mr. Aslam Tareen, the general secretary of Anjuman Tajiran Baluchistan.

Other attendees of the event were the business investors and real-estate-interested individuals of the Quetta business community.

Reward Ceremony for the winners of Commonwealth Games 2022

To honor medalists of the Commonwealth Games 2022, Chakor Ventures held a reward ceremony on Saturday, 1^st October 2022 at the Serena Hotel, Islamabad.

Chakor Ventures, an upcoming property developer, held this ceremony to encourage and appreciate the performance of all the winners of the Commonwealth Games 2022.

As promised, Chakor Ventures held a ceremony to distribute a token of appreciation to all the medalists, including;

Gold Winner – Arshad Nadeem
Gold Winner – Muhammad Nooh Dastgir Butt
Silver Winner – Zaman Anwar
Silver Winner – Muhammad Inam
Silver Winner – Muhammad Sharif Tahir
Bronze Winner – Inayat Ullah.

Other honorees of the ceremony were Chakor Ventures’ CEO, Muhammad Abbas Khan, President Muhammad Asad Khan, Managing Director Muhammad Bilal Khan, and General Manager Omer Khitab, along with some notable figures.

The event featured the CEO’s speech followed by the prize distribution, winners’ interviews, and the luncheon.

The awarded cash prizes were;

Rs. 300,000 for Gold Medal Winners
Rs. 200,000 for Silver Medal Winners, and
Rs. 100,000 for Bronze Medal Winner.

At the event, The CEO of Chakor Ventures, Muhammad Abbas Khan proudly stated “We believe in promoting local talent, and the best way to recognize these heroes is to reward them, encourage them, and make them feel respected for their unconditional efforts and determination. This ceremony is just a little step towards prosperity and community-building.”
