After the success of Quetta Open House 2022, Chakor Ventures, with its premium commercial project Citadel 7 is coming to Peshawar. 

Peshawar Open House 2023

Following our series of Open House in Pakistan, this will be our second event, where team Chakor will showcase the business/investment potential of the business tower. Considering the prospect investors and realtors in Peshawar, we are presenting our project on 10th of January, at Jasmine Hall, Shiraz Arena between 2 pm to 7pm.

This series will continue until Chakor ventures to secure interest from buyers around the country; the number selection of the cities are catered by our sales team. The team measures the interest threshold of the prospects, based on the data gathered, and then design the next station. 

The primary objective behind our open houses is to open the doors to the opportunity to meet prospects (face to face), establish relationships with them, and expand our real estate clientele.

The guest of honor of this Open House will be the leaders of the business community, some government officials, and a couple of notable trading members of Peshawar. 

Other attendees of the event were the individual investors of Peshawar.

Chakor Ventures at Pakistan International Property Exhibition & Convention 2022

One of the most renowned Pakistan property expos, the Pakistan International Property Exhibition and Convention (PIPEC) 2022, was held on the 16th, 17th, & 18th of December 2022.

The event is located in Islamabad at Pak-China friendship Center, garden Avenue. 

Just like any other property show, this event is designed to bring in all real estate investors, both local and foreigners, and all the individuals who are willing to invest in Pakistan’s commercial and residential real estate.

This three-day event is organized by the Pakistan Association of Exhibition Industry. Several real estate builders and developers presented their respective commercial and residential projects. This property event pulled various business groups and potential investors, especially from major cities in Pakistan.

Originally scheduled in November, the aim of this property expo is to support Pakistan’s economy by bridging investment opportunities with domestic and international sources.

After receiving tremendous support at the Pakistan Property Show 2022, we, the team Chakor Ventures, showcased our premium commercial business center, Citadel 7, at the 2nd Pakistan International Property Exhibition & Convention. 

We have received greater support and successful business, especially on the 2nd day of the event. The best thing about this property expo is the presence of Mr. Saqib Rafique President of the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Mr. Khurshid Barlas Chairman of Barlas group with their respective delegations at our stall.
