In a momentous occasion, the President of Pakistan, Dr. Arif Alvi, personally awarded Mr. Muhammad Asad Khan, the President of Citadel 7, for the remarkable achievement of Citadel 7 – crowned as the fastest construction project of 2023.
The prestigious honor not only reflects the speed and efficiency of our construction but also places Citadel 7 at the forefront of groundbreaking developments, setting a new standard for excellence in the realm of real estate.
Chakor Ventures was the key participant at the most renowned Pakistan property expo, the 3rd Pakistan International Property Housing and Construction Expo Islamabad (PAEI) 2023, which was held on the 15th, 16th, & 17th of December 2023.
Like every other property expo, this event was a huge success; it was designed to bring together all the realtors, investors, local and foreigners, and potential individuals interested in investing in Pakistan’s commercial and residential real estate.
The Pakistan Association of Exhibition Industry oversees the coordination of this three-day event. Numerous real estate builders and developers showcased their commercial and residential projects by drawing the interest of various potential investors, business groups, and individuals interested in the real estate business, particularly pooled in from different cities in Pakistan.
This property exhibition bolsters the country’s economic status by facilitating connections between investment opportunities and domestic and international sources.

After receiving immense success and support at the previous property exhibition shows in 2022, the team Chakor Ventures showcased our premium commercial business center, Citadel 7, achieving heights at the 3rd Pakistan International Property Exhibition & Convention.
We have luckily received tremendous support and success at the business, especially during the 2nd and 3rd days of the event. The presence of Mr. Madad Ali Sindhi, Federal Minister of Education & Professional Training, was the Chief Guest for the inauguration ceremony; Mr. Khurshid Barlas, Chairman of Barlas group; Mr. Faad Waheed, Vice Chairman, PAEI, and Mr. Ammad Rasheed, Senior Vice Chairman, PAEI with their respective delegations at our stalls kept the event lively and interactive.
Also, the guest who came to support our team Chakor Ventures with their due diligence and knowledge were Mr. Rashidally Soobadar, the High Commissioner of Mauritius in Pakistan, H.E, and Professional Training, Brig Naveed Project Director DHA Bahawalpur.
