Citadel 7 by Chakor Ventures has embarked on a fantastic articulated journey since January. Onwards. They kept on achieving milestones and pursuing excellence in real estate. Each month came up with new chapters evolving the growth, innovation, and steadfast commitment towards the completion of the project in the heart of Blue Area Islamabad.
The Mid-Dec 2023 Project updates show the Chakor Ventures team’s dedication as they worked tirelessly to complete the significant developments to bring the commercial real estate marvel alive. The 4-level basement parking has been completed, the 4th-floor vertical structures have been constructed, and the steel installation of the 5th floor is in progress and would be delivered soon.
Citadel 7 had a historical impact on their calendar as they attended the 3rd Pakistan International Property Housing and Construction Expo(PAEI). In this event, they highlighted their promising project that will bring in investment opportunities for the investors. The team met and explored the latest trends in the real estate industry. Also, our project was in the limelight due to its amenities and advanced facilities.
Once again, the Chakor Ventures team met and aligned with the realtors in the realtors connect ceremony held. Other than this, Chakor Ventures sponsored and presented the CHAOS event – on this musical night full of fun, the singers were Atif Aslam and Hasan Raheem. This concert was the most successful of the year. Again, the credit goes to Chakor Ventures for its diligent efforts.
The most significant achievement that Chakor Ventures won was the signing of an MOU with Falcon Holdings Management. It solidified the tie between the potential investors and is the brightest collaborative transformation.
The mid-March project updates show the dedication and devotion towards the construction commitment. Chakor Ventures is delighted to share that they have completed mass concrete batching for Citadel 7’s Raft Foundation using the best concrete mix design. We have been adhering to all the safety measures. It was finished with a continuous 110-hour concrete pouring process.
Chakor Ventures did not stop here but kept striving, turning each stone and leaving firm marks on the pages of history. They held a successful breast cancer campaign and celebrated Women’s Day to stand with the women of Pakistan and the globe. They highlighted that women of today’s era are supposed to be given equal opportunities in every field of life.
Chakor Ventures kept on holding Open Houses throughout the year. First at Quetta, later at Lahore, and then finally at Islamabad. The team explained and made countless efforts to showcase the masterpiece Citadel 7 to potential investors, achieving heights.
